Middlesex to witt


William Taylor< no role > of the Parish of Saint Ann in the County of
Middlesex Gardener maketh Oath & saith that in or about the
beginning of the month of June last he this Deponent together with
Richard Oliver< no role > of the Parish of St. George in the same County Gardener
became Bail for the above Defendant in this Cause for his
Appearance in this Court this present Session, Soon after which the
abovenamed Defendant (who then worked at a Journeyman with
this Deponent) ran away And this Deponent saith that he and the
said Richard Oliver< no role > have since caused diligent Inquiry to be
made after the said Defendant in order to have brought him into
this Court but that he hath not been able to learn or hear nor
doth he know where the said Defendant is or may be found
