Who Saith that on Sunday last the sixth Instant about three o' Clock in the Afternoon he
went from the House of John Collet< no role >
at the Sign of the brown in
last Acton in the said County with one Mary Adams< no role >
to the
House of John Whitehead< no role >
Farmer
& Victualler
at the Sign of
the King's Arms
in the sd Parish of Acton
that there the said
Mary Adams< no role >
called for a Pot of Beer & asked him to drink
with her & afterwards called for a pint of Beer more and
a pennyworth of Bread & Butter of which he likewise
peacock, that about six o' Clock a Dispute arose about the
Reckoning the said Mary Adams< no role >
refusing to pay more
than three pence & the Landlord Whitechead insisting
that this Deponent should pay two pence half penny
which was the Remainder of the Reckoning, but this De:
ponent refused so to do & went out of the house upon
which the said John Whitehead< no role >
& another Man whom this
Deponent knows not followed him & the said John Whetalled
struck him & knocked him down & whilst he was down
put his hand into this Deponents side Pocket & took
thereout eight Guineas which were wrapped up in
a Weeale's Skin & left the other Man beating him,
