for himself says that Robert Maccellan< no role >
of this Foundling Hospital
aforesaid Apothecary is a material Witness for the prosecutrix
in this Cause and without whose Testimony she Cannot proceed to
Tryal as this [..] Deponent verily believes And the said Joseph
Densham for himself saith that the said Robert skaclelan is at
this time very ill of a Fever and Confined to his Bed and cannot
come out totakegive his Testimony in the said cause without Danger
of his Life
