Peter Woodnoth< no role > of the Parish of St. Andrew Holdborne Vintner Maketh Oath and
saith that he this Deponent did on tuesday the twenty fifth day of this instant May
personally serve William Wright< no role > and Aaron Butter< no role > respectively (the prosecutors
of the above Indictment) with the Notice of Trial hereunto Annexed by delivering to
and leaving with each of them a true Copy of the said Notice And they the said
William Wright< no role > and Aaron Butter< no role > did then severally Declare to this Deponent
that they did not intend to appear and prosecute the said defendant upon the said Indictment
