before me one of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the Sd County

Who heing sevly on Oath say & first the Jus John
Dean< no role > for himself saith that last his her Jus discovered
his till to have been robbed and the Jus suspecting
a person now present who calls herself Frances
Rawlins< no role > to have stolethesome money there out and
[..] the Jus Charge the other Jus who is a
Constable in the Sd Parish with her & the then Causesed
that she had took out of his Till soon she as
and upon Searching her three Shillg was found
on her which this Jus boll to be his property &
stole as assd. and the Jus Rich Gay for himself
saith that he [..] took the Sd. Women
in Charp & she then confessed the taking from
the other Jus seven shillings
