To the Constables and Headboroughs of the Parish of Saint
John at Hackney in the County of Middlesex and to the
Keeper of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in
the said County

These are in his Majestys Name to Command you and
every of you the said Officers forthwith safely to convey and delivers
into the Custody of the said Keeper the Body of Joseph Wignelworth< no role >
who stands indicted for unlawfully receiving and having of a certain
ill disposed person unknown two Pewter Dishes of the Value of
ten pence of the Goods of Newman Bown< no role > the said Joseph
knowing the same to have been feloniously stolen and you the said
Keeper are thereby required to receive the said Joseph Wignelworth< no role >
and him in your Custody safely keeps (for want of Justices to
appear at the next Session of Oyer and Terminar to be holden for
the said County to answer to the same and all such other Matters
as on his Majesty's behalf shall be objected agt. him) untill he
shall be discharged by Due Course of Law Given under my
Hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of April in the
Year our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred & sixty Two
