Esqr .taken before me this 8th. day
of Janry 1762

Who being on Oath says that on the 17th. of Novr. last
about 7 o Clock in the Evening he was Robbed in his Coach
near Pancrass by a Single Highwayman who took from
him a Guinea and some Silver, and farther says that
he verily believes a Person now present who calls
himself Samuel Harris< no role > to be the same Person
who stopt and Robbed him as aforesaid
