The Information of John - Sharpe< no role >
of the Tenth in the Parish of Poplar

Who being on Oath says that on Friday Morning the
13th. of Novr. Instant about one o' Clock he saw a
Lighter come to Anchor near the ninth Mile in the
Parish of Popler aforesd. that he saw two Persons
come out of said Lighter, and who by the assistance of a
small Boat went into Mr. Bedson's Dock and took
out a large Boat which they carried to the Lighter
that they soon after brought said large Boat back
again and put her into the Dock, at which Timeit
She appeared to have some Sacks in her, says that
the two Men then returned to their Lighter, took up
their Anchor and set Sail, says that he immediately
went into the said Boat and examined the contents of
said Sacks, andtookform four of them to contain Wheat
and one of them Wheat Meal, says that Apprehending from
the Marks of said Sacks, that they belonged to Mr. Tealing
of Bromley Mills, four of [..] being Marked B. and
the fifth J. M, he took a Sample of said Wheat & Meal
and carried it to the House of Mr. John Milward< no role > where he
shewed it to Mr. Milward and the said Mr. Tealing, says
that he afterwards saw a Lighter at said Mr. Tealing's
