The Information of Tho Brown< no role > & W Cross
taken before me one of his Majesty
Justices of the peace for the County

Who being on Oath severally & first this
Infr Thos Brown< no role > for himself saith That
last [..] he was pressed up be a periounour
present who calls herself Judith Burn< no role > & went
with her to had & when he went to bed with the
he had in his packet Seventeen Shillings &
Two pence & a peice of Crooked Cooper which this
Inf belr. had passed for a Six Pence and [..]
Soon after he was in bed he filt his Breeched
dragged from under his head & upon Chap in the
sd. Judith with taking his Money out of his Breeches
Pocket she for up & ran a way but was after take Anduponthis
Inf there or sent for the other Inf And then Int
W Cross for himself saith that he was sent
for to take a thief which was the sd. Judith & upon
Searching her he formed Three Shills & Six Peace
and a pien of Crooked Cooper in her Month & the
Int Tho Brown< no role > further Saith then the sd. peice of
Cooper is in Proper & was in the sd. Breaker
pocket with [..] his Money when he was
stole his Money & as other Person
