The Information of Eliz Woods< no role > Spinster of St Andrew street Seven Dyalls taken
before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the sd County.

Who being on Oath saith That on Tuesday Night last
this Inf went with one Willm Pope< no role > a Corporal in
the Gaards to a place which he said was his Lodging
in East Court and when this Inf went into the sd. Room
with him be locked the Door & put the Key in to
his pocket and then went to Bed with this Inf and
when this Inf awoke in the Morg she missed her
Watch & asked him about it and he denyed having
it but upon Searching his Breeches pocket he pulled
out this Inf Watch and then swore this Inf shod
not have it
