Who being or Oath severally say & first the sd. Catherine Buttler< no role > for
hereof says that sometime in the beginning of July last Jane Talbot< no role >
now present came to this Informant's Know about some Business
as a Mantua maker , says that She insisted said Talbot to stay Dinner
with her, and asked her into her Barr for that purpose, says that soon
after this she this Informt. hearing a Complaint by the above Tarrell
that some Chine Etc were Missing, which was while the said
Jane Talbot< no role > continued in her House, She this Informt. came down
Stairs & Search'd said Jane Talbot< no role > & took out of her Bosom a Silver
Punch Ladle the property of this Informt. and the said John Tarrell< no role >
for himself says that at the time aforesaid, he on missing some China
Searched the Pockets of the aforesaid Jane Talbot< no role > and took thereout
a China Stand and one China Cap the property the said Catherine
Buttler< no role >
