deced fell & the Witness help'd him up - That
he died immediately & only said he had done
for him & that he was a dead Man. The Wound is
on the right side of the Belly just below the Navel
& was the cause of his death. hath seen the Fork
& believes it John Hutchins< no role > Fork for it had the
Lres J. H. burnt in upon it - says these two Lres
now appear Cut out, & the Lres I. A. Cut in, just
below - cannot say who Cut the Lres J. H. away,
or who Cut Lres J. A. in, but says it is the
same Fork the Prisoners claim'd as his own & that
he said he bought it in Robinson's Lane

Court . That yesterday Morning abt. 7. the Prisoner
was at the Chandlers shop door & he heard a Lad
say the Prisoner had Jno. Hutchins< no role > Fork - That the
deced said Fetch the Fork to me - That the Lad
fetch'd the Fork wch. was set up agt. the Chandlers
shop door - That the Prisoner. then came up to the
deced & said what have to do with my Fork,
that the deced said it was a stoln Fork - & then
a strugle happen'd & blows between the deced &
the prisonr. but cannot say who struck first - Says
both had hold of the Fork & says he saw the Prisoner
in the Strugle push twice at the deced, Saw the
