Middlesex to Wit


The Information of Daniel King< no role > of the Hamlet
of High gate and Stephen Clissold< no role > of the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn taken before me one of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid.

Who being severaly on Oath say and first the
Sd Danl: King< no role > for himself saith that on Saturday the
27th of June last a person now present who calls himself
Edward Gurnet< no role > was at this Informants in the afternoon
of the sd 27 June and Suddenly dissapeared and this Informt:
missed a Silver pint pot two Silver Salts and a Silver
Watch and a Stone Seal set in Gold which were Stolen in [..]
ofthe Dwelling House of this Informt: and saith that a
Silver Pint Pot and a pair of Silver Salts now produced are
the Property of this Informant and a Silver Watch and seal set
in Gold now found upon the sd: Edward Gurnet< no role > are also the
Property of this Informant and Severally Stolen as above mentioned
And the said Stephen Clissold< no role > for himself saith that the before
mentioned Silver pint Pot and two Silver Salts together with a
Silver Table Spoon were put into this Informants care by the
Sd Edward Gurnet< no role > [..] on Sunday the 28th day of June last
and this Informt: Suspecting the sd plate to be stolen brought
it to the above mentioned Majestrate.
