The Information of Joseph Boswell< no role > taken before me one
of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the sd County.

Who being on Oath saith That about Three Month ago this Jus
went in Company with one Ann Seymour< no role > and Person now
present who calls himself Charles Steward< no role > otherwise Corner< no role >
to one Mr Murphy in Rosemary Lane and while this Inf was
in the said Murphys the sd. Chs Corner told this Inf he had
a Watch and said it belonged to a Sailor down the River and
asked this Inf to pawn the Watch for him and told the
Inf he wod. be very safe for he wod. Bail him Where upon
this Inf & sd. Come or went to Pawn broker some Where
there about but can't tell Parter place and when they
came to the Shop sd. Corner told this Inf to take the watch
fail wod. look better as Hour [..] are in a Sailor dress and bid
the Inf say he was ship mate with the owner of the Watch
which the Inf did in the presence of sd. Cornor & the Pawn brke
offered Twenty Seven Shilling & after upon Corner assuring
him he was safe he Gave [..] one Guinea & [..]
said Cormore gave one Guinea to the sd. Ann Seymour< no role >
and Kept the half Guinea to redeem his Coat which occasion
a high dispute between sd. Seymour & sd. Conn or when sd. Seymour
Complained of his stoping the money when the sd. Steward gave her
the money and she gave him a Crown for pawning the sd.
Watch And this Inf further saith that the sd. Steward well
knew the sd. Ann Seymour< no role > had stole the sd. Watch.
