at the St. Albans Tavern there signed the said Address and then proceed
as many of the Justices of the Peace both for Middx and Westmr as chose
to attend,
to St James's and all had the Honour to Kiss his Majesty's
Hand. His Grace the Duke of Newcastle himself presenting the Sd.
Address.
