up it was ordered to be layd before His grace
the Duke of newcastle for his approbation

Memorand The said Address was accordingly Said before
His grace the Duke of Newcastle and by him approved
of which address is as follows [..] write obey the address and after his Grace informing the Gentlemen
that the King had appointed Wednesday following being the 30th Just
to be waited on with the said Address Notice
was given to the Several gentlemen to meet
at St. James's Coffee house in St James's Street on
Wednesday the 30th.that day precisely at 12 oClock to
Attend [..] this Grace to present the same to
this Majesty the said Address having been signed
by his Grace & then being in the Hands of Sr.
Wm. B. P. On which Day the Deputy Lieutents.
