have Remised, Released, and for ever quit claimed, and by these Presents
do Remise, Release, and for ever quit Claim unto Edward Acton< no role > of
the said Parish of Christ Church Loom maker and Charity
Salter

their and each of their Heirs, Executors and Administrators, all and
all manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action, Indictments Suits,
Bills, Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum
and Sums of Money, Judgments, Executions, Extents, Quarrels, Controver-
sies, Trespasses Damages, and Demands whatsoever both in Law and
Equity or otherwise howsoever, which against the said Edward Acton< no role >
and Charity Salter or either of them We
ever had and which We or either of us Our or either of our
Heirs Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have Claim,
Challenge or Demand, for or by reason or means of my Matter, Cause or
Thing Whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the Day of the
Date of these Presents. In Witness whereof We have hereunto set
Our Hands and Seals the Seventeenth Day of October in the
Thirty fourth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
