the County of Middlesex Vintner Maketh Oath & saith
that he this Deponent was present & did see John Vernon< no role >
the Prosecutor in the above Cause Sign Seal and Deliver
the within written Release to the within named John
Greenfeild< no role > and Edward Greenfeild< no role > the Two Defendts. in the
above Cause And this Depont. further saith that the
Name John Pain< no role > the Subscribing Witness to the said
