The Informations of Hemeritt a Gough & Ann Heskins< no role >
taken before me one of his Majortys Justices of the
peace for the said County.

Who being severally on Oath say & first this Ins Hemeritta
Gough
< no role > for herself saith that about Ten O'Clock in the Morning-
on St James's Day last a person now Present who calls himself
Peter Penneythorne< no role > was with this Ins in her Cellar in Earl Street Seven Dyals & the sd
Peter asked this Ins if she was going out and this Ins replyed
that she was going a Money hunting as far as Mount street
Governor Square Upon which the sd. Peter took his peace
And this Ins were to Mount street assd. And upon the Ins
return [..] to her Lodging the other Ins told her that her door
was broke open & her looking Glass found in the Entry
And upon this Ins going into her lodging she found he had
been Robbed of Two Cardinals Two Aprons a Black land
Hankerchief & diverse other goods And this Ins Ann

Goods were stolen about Eleven O' Clock the same Morng
the sd Peter came to this Ins who [..] the house where the
other Ins dwells & ashed this Ins if the sd. Mrs. Gough was
at home which this Ins acct. (that you may call & the will
Answer if at home) And the sd. Peter went down stairs
and the sd Peter came four or five times & asked the sd.
Questions upon which this Ins thinking him trouble some
[..] Husted him And the Cart time the sd. Peter came
this Ins was going to call her husband down stairs to
Tea but her Husband told her he shod. nor drink tea &
Bread this Ins to ser him a Penny worth of Beer
