me one of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the sd.
County

Who being sevt. or Oath say and first this Ins. Jane wood< no role > for
herself saith that on this Day Sevenight a Person now pres [..]
who calls herself Ann Vagey was in the Room of this Ins
this Ins being not well wereupon this Ins lay down or her
bed and the sd. Vagey pulled of this Ins shoes and this Ins being
in clained to sleep she desired the sd Vagey to stay and watch
the Room but upon the Waking of this Ins she formed the sd.
Vagey gone & the following things taking a way a Gown a
Gold Ring a Pair of Shoes a Shift and diverse other
thing and upon the Apprehending the sd. Vagey she confesd
the taking a Gown and a Ring and said that one Ann Bell< no role >
now in Custody took the other things And this Ins further
saith that thereon she apprehended the sd. Ann Bell< no role > and
then found on her [..] the sd. Shift and Shoes & which the sd.
Ann Confessed the taking but owned to nothing else And
Her Ins Saml. Spencer< no role > for him self saith that he took
into pawn of the sd Vagey a Gold Ring & a Gown now
produced by him & this Ins Jane Wood< no role > for hereself saith
that the sd Gold Ring & Gown now produced by the
other Ins is the Property of this Ins husband & stole
from his as he bels by the sd. Vagey.
