The Information of Eleanor Commins< no role > & Edmund Turner< no role >
Pat Cummins< no role > and Wm. Smalshaw< no role > taken before me one
of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the sd County

Who being sevl. on Oath say & first this Inf Eleanor Commins
for herself saith that on Sunday last this Inf husband had
stole from him a Pint Silver [..] Mugg And this Jos Edmund
Turner
< no role > for himself saith that on Sunday a Woman now
present who calls herself Ann Carrol< no role > came into the house
of this Inf suspecting the same to be Stole he this Inf
Sent to the house of the other Inf Commins to Enquire if
they had lost the sd. Mugg and upon the sd Commins answers
in the Affirmative in secured the sd. Ann Carrol< no role > And this
Inf Ele Commins for herself saith that the sd. Mugg now
produced by the other Inf. is the property of this Inf husband & as he
bels. stole from to into [..] by the sd. Ann And this
Inf Pat Cummins< no role > for himself saith that about three
Weeks ago this Inf had stole from him a Coat & Waistcoate
and upon the Apprehending the sd. Ann Carrol< no role > the
Confessed the taking the same and the pawning themby
with the other Inf Smalshaw And this Inf Mr Smalshaw
for himself saith that on the 2d. of this Instant he took
in to pawn of the sd. Ann Carrol< no role > A Cool & Waistcoate
now produced by him And this Inf Pal Commins further
saith that the sd. Cool & Waistcoat now produced by the
Other Inf is his property & stole from him as he belt by
the sd. Ann Carrol< no role >
