That by Order of Removal or pass Warrt.
under the hands and seals of two of His Majesty's
Justices of ye peace
of the said county of Middlesex
bearing date the thirteen Day of February last

Aged two Years and
upwards and

aged Seven Months and upwards
were Removed from theparish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch
in the said County do the said parish of St.
Matthew Bethnal Green
as the place of their last
Legal Settlemt.
That Your Petrs. humbly Appleand themselves
to the Aggrived by the said Order of Removal or Pass Warrt.
and do therefore Appeal to this Session against ye Same
Your petrs. and Appellants therefore humbly pray
that the Matter of their said Appeal may be taken into
consideration And that a Day may be Appointed
for the Judgment and Determination of the next
Session touching the said Appeal and that all
persons concerned may be Ordered then and there
to Attend to hear and abide by the said Judgement
And that Your Petrs. and Appellts. may be Relived
in ye premisses as the Nature of their said Esquires
And Your Petrs. and Appellts will ever pray Etc.
