Middlesex


At the General Session of the Pounds of our Sovereign Lord
the King hold by Adournment at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in and for the said County of Middlesex
on Thursday the Twelfth day of May in the thirty first
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of this County do pay unto Mr. William Hills< no role > Plumber
the Sum of one pound our Shillings and Six Pence for
Work by ann done at the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell in this County and that the Receipt of
the said Mr Hills together with this Order shall be
a Sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment
