in the County of Middlesex
and to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Ealing Alias Zealing
in the County of
Middlesex Aforesaid

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Kensington
unto us whose Hands and Seals are
hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace (where-
of one is of the Quorum) for the County afore-
said, that Ann Newby< no role > in Widow of John Newby< no role >
Late of the Parish of Ealing alias Zealing in the
County aforesd. Labourer [..] sed hath

lately intruded herself into your said Parish of Kensington

there to inhabit as Parishioner contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and is there [..] become charge-
able, of not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Exami-
nation and Enquiry made into the Premisses upon the Oath
of the said Ann Newby< no role >

it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge, that the said
Ann Newby< no role >
is
[..] become chargeable unto the said Parish of Kensington
and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said Ann Newby< no role >
is in the said Parish of
Ealing Alias Zealing in the County of Middlesex

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require
your the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Kensington aforesaid, that you
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said Ann
Newby
< no role >
from your said Parish of Kensington
to the said Parish of Ealing
Alias Zealing aforesaid and Her deliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some
or one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a
true Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required, in his
Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case
made, forthwith to receive the said Ann Newby< no role >

into their said Parish and provide for Her
as their own Parishioner. Given under our Hands and Seals the
16th Day of October in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and 58
