The Information of Thomas Derien< no role > of Charing Cross
Victualler taken before me Etc

Who being on Oath says that about seven Months ago he Dine at [..]
House of Mr. Paul Planche< no role > at the Montfiller Coffee house in [..]
street St. anns , that he then Ohserved the Billiard Table belonging [..]
the said Planche to le Shut up, says that he a shed the sd. Planche
reason of it, says that the sd. Planche then told this Informont that
some Person had Complained a [..] his Billiard Table to
Justice Fielding that Thomas by his direction it was Shut [..]
says that about two or three days after this, he was drinking a Doth
of Beer with a Friend in Gerard Street ley whom it was mentioned
as a Matter of Comes action what had happened in relation to
Planche's Billiard Table says that there was a Person then
Present who calls himself James Henry< no role > that the sd. Henry
broke into conservation with this Informt.expressed some concern
for the said Planche and told this Informont that he was well
acquainted with Mr. Fieldings Clerk, that if Planche won'd get
Petition Signed by the Inhabitants that he dare say he con'd get
lease for Planche to continue his Billiard Table says that a
few days afterwards he saw a Person now Present who Call shining
Thomas Caffee< no role > , who Told this Informant that he was better
acquainted with Justice Fielding Clerk than the sd. Henry, that
he did not double but he con'd Obtain leave by this Means for Planche
to Paly as usual says that a Petition was drawn up accordingly
signed by some Inhabitants of St. Anns and delivered to the said
[..] Coffee says that [..] thing In [..] the said Coffee and Henry had
afterwards several Meetings together at the sign of the Brig her
in Gerrard Street on the above account says he was Present [..]
this House when the aforesaid Planche gave the aforesaid
Coffee Henry two Guineas, Says that the sd. Coffee Told this
Informant that he had been several time to Mr. Fieldings
Clerk, that at one Time he was not at home, another time [..]
was busy, but at last he had Drank a Bottle of Wine or a [..]
Beer with Mr. Fielding Clerk that the sd. Clerk has T [..]
