Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith That he did on Wednesday the
Twenty first of this Instant June leave a true Copy of the Order of
Court hereunto Annexed, for the Prosecutor Thomas Warr< no role > at the
House of Hannah Price< no role > Widow Scituate in Hollis Street Clare
Markett in the said County of Middlesex , being the last place of
Abode of him the said Thomas Warr< no role > , as this Deponent was informed
And believes, And this Deponent Saith that though Several
persons were in the House of the said Mrs. Price at the time
he left the said Copy as abovesaid, Yet not any one of them would
inform this Deponent of, or give him their real Names, that he might
further Satisfy this Court of Such Service, Although earnestly
requested by this Deponent so to do
