Maketh Oath and Saith That the Paper Writing hereunto
Annexed Purporting to be a General Release was duly
Signed Sealed and Delivered by Thomas Martin< no role > In
the Presence of Joseph Dilke< no role > and this Deponent And
that the Name Thos: Martin set and Subscribed to
the said Paper Writing or Release as the Party Executing
the Same And the Names Joseph Dilke J: Pepper
thereunto also set and Subscribed as the Witnesses
Attesting the Execution thereof are of the several proper
