To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session at Hicks Hall
Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Chruchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pays Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of
Benjamin Cox< no role > and Thomas Kynaston< no role > Esqr. two of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster (One whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 9th: day of December last Mary Franklyn< no role >
Widow of John Franklyn< no role > deceased was removed from the Parish of
St: Martin in the Fields within the Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of St. Anne as the place of her last Legal
Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Therefore they humbly Appeal to your Worships against
the Adjudgement of the said two Justices and pray your
Worships will be pleased to Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of St Martin in
the Fields and all persons concerned do Attend this Court
some day in this Present Session to hear and Abide the
Judgement and Determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
