in the County of Middlesex

Maketh Oath That the Office Copy of the Indictment hereunto annexed is a true Copy from the
Original Indictment found against this Deponent in July Sessions last, by
Henry Newbery< no role >
the
prosecutor therein named for the Offence above mentioned as will appear by reformce to the
said Original Indictment amongst the Records of that same Sessions And this Deponent
further Saith the since the last Sessions of the peace in September last (when to this
Deponent pleaded not Guilty to the said Indictment) and before the very last sessions
of the peace held by adjournment at Hicks's-Hall
aforesaid the twenty fourth day of October
last past to wit on or about the Sixthday of the same Month of October
last past the the said Henry Newbery the real prosecutor againt him this Deponant in the some
Indictment named departed this life He this Deponent possitively having seen him the said Henry Newbery
the said prosecutor lying dead and stretched as from a Bed And this Deponent further saith that the said Henry
Newbery was accordingly Buried the Eighthday of the same Month of october
in the said parish of St. Andrew Holborn
is the said County of Middlesex
As appeare by the
authentick Certificate or Register of his said Buriel hereunto also annexed Which he this Deponent
did see Mr.

the proper Deputyparish Clerk therein named duly Sign the same And
lastly this Deponent on his Oath possitively Saith that the said
Henry Newberry< no role >
mentioned
in the said Office Copy of the said Indictment hereunto annexed and also in the said Authentick
Certificate or Register likewise hereunto annexed Was the very self same Identical person who
was the real and true prosecutor against this Deponent in the above prosecution on the said Indictmt.
for an Assault And also Was the very self same Identical person whom this Deponent did see lying
Dead and stretched out on a Bedas aforesaid
