to be pd. out of County Rates

To Appoint a Standing Comittee to Examine the Accounts & other
Matters relateing to the Haymarket

the same Comittee appointed as was last
Appointed to meet the Justices of Westmr ab. the
Haymarket

In relation to future paymts. to be [..] made by the sewall parishes in
the Liberty of Westmr. on County Rates to Consider whether it will not be
proper that they pay the County Trearer instead of the High Constable of
Westmr. there having been great Hazard & trouble in getting the Money
from the last Two High Constables

Ordered that all the High Constables in this
County do on the 2d. day of every Quarter Sessions
bring into Court on Account of all Moneys by them
reced & paid concerning the County Rates and
the same Comittee appointed concerning the
Haymarket is likewise appointed to Examine into
the Security of Mr. Higgs the Treaser and the sd.
Comittee to make their report next County day
