Indictment exhibited against him before his Majesty's Justices at the Sessions held
at Hick's Hall in & for the County of Middlesex and that he hath pleaded thereto
a Misnomer of which the said Defendant gave you Notice in October last and take
further Notice that unless you reply to the said Plea on or before Tuesday next
This Honble Court will be moved on Tuesday aforesaid that the said defendant may
