We whose Names are hereunto Subscribed Two of the present
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary le Bone in the County
of Middlesex Do hereby Consent That the Recognizance, wherein Thomas
Davis
< no role > was bound in April last before Robert Hale< no role > Esquire one of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex to appear at the
the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said
County at Hicks Hall in St. John's Street , then and there to abide and
perform such Order as should be made Inpursuance of an Act Passed
in the Eighteenth year of the Reign of her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth
concerning Bastard begotten and born out of lawful Matrimony
Upon the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St. Mary le Bone for begetting Sarah Sexton< no role >
Singlewoman with Child of the Child or Children with which she was
then Pregnant, May be Discharged, she having since been
delivered in the Parish of St. Giles in the Field & the Charges the
Parish of St. Mary Le Bone were put unto paid Dated the 21st.
day of October 1756
