George in the East Middlesex Yeoman the Daughter in Law of Joseph
Ellis< no role > deceased maketh oath and saith that she personalty knew her
said deceased Father in Law in his life time And that he died on the
twenty first day of July last past in Saint Thomas's Hospital situate
in Southwark in the County of Sury in this deponent's presence of the
wounds [..] he (as she is credibly informed) received in a Vessell in the
River, Thames the preceeding day and was interred at the said
Hospital for whose Death the abovenamed Defendant is under
Custody in the Goal of the said County of Middlesex And further
this Deponent saith not
