Take Notice that I will appear at the next
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at the
Town Court House near Westminster Hall in and for the
City and Liberty of Westminster by adjournment on
Friday the twenty third day of this instant April at
ten of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same Day and
then and there by my Traverse upon the Indictment you
Preferred against me for assaulting you with an Intent to
Commit the Crime called Buggery as therein is suggested
Dated the sixth day of April 1756
