in the County aforesaid by adjournment on
Saturday the twenty sixth day of October in the Twenty Ninth year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc.
Upon Motion made unto this Court by Council for James Gulleland< no role >
who stands Indicted by
the Name of Gunderland< no role >
for making an Assault upon William Stanton< no role >
It was alledged that through strict Injury had been made in order to serve him with
Notice of the Defendants appearing to Plead guilty to
the said Indictment he the said William Stantoncould not be found to be served
with such Notice and upon Producing an Affidavit to make out the truth thereof
[..] It was prayed and this Court doth Order that if the said Prosecutor
cannot be found to be served with Notice of pleading guilty in this Cause That then
leaving a proper Notice of pleading guilty together with a Copy of this Order at
the last Place of Abode of the said Prosecutor shall be deemed good Service
