Take Notice That the General Quarter Session of the Peace to be
holden at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for the County of Middlesex
by Adjornment on Wednesday the Second day of July next Ten of the Clock
in the Forenoon or as soon after as Council can be heard will be moved
that the Plea of Misnomer Pleaded by Me at the last General Session of
the Peace held for the County aforesaid to the Bill of Indictment by You
preferred against Me by the Name of Jane Cleverland< no role > Spinster may be
allowed and the said Indictment Quashed Unless in the mean time a
Replication is filed to the said Plea Dated this Twenty Eighth day of
June 1755.
