At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid on Tuesday the thirteenth Day of
May in the twenty eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwarden & Overseers
of the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden & Ely
Rents have Notice of this Appeal and that they and all Persons
concerned do attend this Court at the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for this County by adjournment on
Thursday the third Day of July next at ten in the forenoon to
hear and abide the Judgment & Determination of the Same
[..] Court [..] touching the Said Appeal.
