Thos. Smith< no role > of Ealing bitterman being duly
Sworn Deposeth That on Monday 24 March in
the afternoon he was at Mrs. Twinings the Feather
at Ealing where he found the Deced Sitting wth.
3 or 4 in Company in the Kitchinthat the
Deced ross from his Place & came to him & said
to the witness He wd. give him a Pint of Beer
as an old Acquaintance that he & the Deced
had 2 PintsThat the Deced had been drinking
& was in his Ale & forward in LiquorThat
Moses Ditch< no role > who was one of the Deced Company arose
from his Chair [..] the Witness& charged him
wth. owing of him Mony & threatn'd to lick him up [..]
wch. words Arose & the Deced said what Signifies
Making Words abt. a triffling Debt upon wch. Richd.
Mathews
< no role > one of the Deced Company got up & came
towards the Witness & the Deced & took hold of his Coat
or hands & pull'd him down to the Ground & that he
got up & seen afterwards complained of a Pain att his
Belly-Remembers no Chair.

Saith That on Monday the 24th. of March in the afternoon
he went into Mrs. Twinings for a Pint of Beer &

shew the Deced his Country way of Wrestling &
thereupon he took hold of him & the Deced immediately
fellThat he much complain'd of his Belly.
