The information of Robert Chillman< no role > of the
Parish of Enfield in the County of Middlesex
Victualer taken upon Oath before me Willm Hallett< no role > Esqr
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said
County this 27th day of March 1755

This informant on his Oath saith that on Sunday last
the 23d: day of this instant March: one Black Mare
about twelve Hands & half high the Property of this
informant, was Feloniously stolen from of Enfield Chase
in the Parish & County aforesaid; value forty shillings,
& this informant further saith he hath been this day
and seem a Black mare in the Posession of Isaac Redwood< no role >
Constable of the Parish of Little Stanmore in the said
County of Middlesex , which this informant saith is
the Black mare which were stolen from of the Chase
before mentioned on Sunday last, and is the property
of this informant, & further saith he is informed by
the said Redwood that he had conveyed one William
Barlow
< no role > to Newgate for haveing Stolen the said mare,
& three Heifers, which he the said Barlow Confest to have
Stolen on his Examination
