for the said
County this 27th day of March 1755
This informant on his Oath saith that on Sunday last
the 23d: day of this instant March: one Black Mare
about twelve Hands & half high the Property of this
informant, was Feloniously stolen from of Enfield Chase
in the Parish & County aforesaid; value forty shillings,
& this informant further saith he hath been this day
and seem a Black mare in the Posession of Isaac Redwood< no role >
Constable
of the
Parish of Little Stanmore
in the said
County of Middlesex
, which this informant saith is
the Black mare which were stolen from of the Chase
before mentioned on Sunday last, and is the property
of this informant, & further saith he is informed by
the said Redwood that he had conveyed one William
Barlow< no role >
to Newgate
for haveing Stolen the said mare,
& three Heifers, which he the said Barlow Confest to have
Stolen on his Examination
