The Humble Petition of Drury Bailey a,
Prisoner in his Majesty's Goal New Prison

Sheweth

That your said Petitioner Hands Comitted
to the said Goal for [..] Felony of
which he is intirely Inocent

Your Petitioner most humbly
prays this Honble Court that he
may have the benefit of the
Habeas Corpus Act & that he
may be Tried Bailed or discharged
this Session According to the
Directions of the same Statute

And your said Petitioner
shall ever pray
