Saith that he this Deponent was present and Did see
William Lambert< no role > the prosecutor in this Cause and
Elizabeth< no role > his wife duly Sign Seal and Execute
the General Release hereunto annexed and
that he this Deponent is a Subscribing witness
to the said Release And this Deponent Thomas

Elizabeth Lancelot Brewer Commander Bound
for the west Indies And that the said Ship Elizabeth

Sailed from the port of London on the said
