Take Notice that on Monday next being the 15th. day of July instant by ten of the Rock in the
Fore noon at the next General Sessions of the Peace held by Adjournment at Hicks's Hall in Saint
John Street in and for the County of Middlesex , I intend to plead Guilty to an Indictment by you
preferred against me the Sessions before the last Sessions for an Assault Dated this 10th. day
of July 1754.
