The Information of Mary Manton< no role > Wife of Saml Manton< no role > of St. Margaret
touching the Death of William Palmer< no role > taken and Acknowledged
this 23d day of March 1754.

Who Saith that on Monday the 4th. day of March Instant about a
Quarter after Ten o'Clock this Informant hearing some Words in Bow Street
went out from her House there and found one
a Waterman &
Anne Bourne< no role > otherwise Palmer< no role > Quarelling the said Anne Challenging him
with attempting to force her to Lye with him in his Boat; and that the said
William Palmer< no role > the deceased deuring her to go home & she refusing he
Struck her a Blow on her Head with his Hand, and he making the same
Request a Second time & she again Refusing he again Struck her a
Blow on her head with his hand, That the said Anne Bourne< no role > then
Uttering the words "God blast me if you Strike me again I'll stab you"
Immediately Struck him with an Oyster Knife She then held in her rights
hard, on the left breast near the Shoulder and he the said Wm Palmer< no role >
cried "Oh Lord Oh Lord I'm a Dead men." and winning into this Informts
Tap Room he fill down Speechless, that his Wounds were then
Dressed and he was Removed to the Westminster Infermary
