Osborne Fuller< no role > of Tottenham High Cross in the County of middx
Apothecary Maketh Oath and Saith That he doll now and for some time last
past batle hath attended Wm. pleasance Hall the prosecution in the above Cause
at her House at Tottenham High Cross aforesaid And further saith that she
the said pleasance Hall is now and During all the time he hath so attended her
been greatly indisposed with a Fever And this Deponent positively saith that
she the said pleasance Hall cannot attend at this present General Session of the
peace held at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for the County aforesaid in
order to prosecute and give Evidence upon the said Indictment without the utmost
hazard and Danger of her life.

Sworn in Court at Hicks Hall aforesd.
