within the Liberty and County aforesaid to the said parish-

as the place of her last legal Settlement
Now upon hearing of what was alledged by Mr.Pheediris ofMr. phedris
of Councel for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of St. James
Clerkenwell
This Court by Consent of Mr. Jones
of Councel for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of St. Martin in the fields
doth allow of the said appeal
and doth vacate and discharge the aforesaid Order of Removal-
and the same is hereby vacated and discharged accordingly And-
this court doth Order that the Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of St. James
Clerkenwell
do forthwith convey and deliver
the said Mary Dearing< no role >
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
the poor of the said parish of St. Martin in the Fields
or one of them
with a Copy of this Order who are hereby required to recieve [..]
her [..] into their Care and to provide for her as for other poor at the
Charge of the Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Martin in the
fields
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due
Course of Law.
