Take Notice that a plea of Misnomer was on the 22d. Day of May last
pleaded to the Indictment prefered by the Prosecutor agst.: me by the Name of
Elizabeth of which You and the Prosecutor had Notice the same Day And as the
Prosecutor of the said Indictment hath not thought proper to file a Replication to
the said Plea this is to give You further Notice (the Prosecutor not being to be
found) that I shall appear at the General Quarter Sessions to be held for the
County of Middx: at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street byAdjornmenton
Saturday the fourteenth Day of this Insts Septr. at ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon of the same Day and then and there apply to the Court to be
Discharged of my Recognizance entered into for the prosecuting my said
Plea of Misnomer
