Take notice that I intend to withdraw my plea of Not
Guilty by me pleaded to a bill of Indictment preferred against
me by you on
[..] for an assault on Wednesday the twenty
second day of this Instant may
between the Hours of Ten and
and twelve in the Forenoon of the same day at the Sessions
house held at
Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street
in the
County of Middlesex
and then and there plead Guilty to the
said Indictment and also at the same Time move the Court
for a small fine to be paid on me this being the 17th.
