At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden by Adjournment at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in and for the County of Middx on Tuesday
the 16th. day of April in the twenty fourth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King
of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields in this County have Notice of this
Appeale and that they and all other persons
Concerned do attend this Court on Fridaynext
at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and Abide
the Judgment and Determinacon of this Court
touching the said Appeale
