To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition of Natrum Crosley< no role >
of the Liberty of Holy-well Street in the Parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the County Aforesaid
Gent:

Sheweth


That your Petitioner was no Monday the
Eighth Day of April Instant Elected Constable of the
said Liberty for the yeat Ensuing Notwithstand
-ing he hath served all other Offices in the said parish
hath left of Trade hath the Honour to be in the
Commission of Land Tax Therefore Prays that
Ye. Worships will be pleased to Order that He may
be Excused from serving the said Office of Constable
as Yr. Worships were pleaded to Order in the Case and
on the Petition of Mr. James Burye< no role > of the said Parish
Janry. ss 1749.

And your Petitioner as in Duty bound shall. Etc
