dept. did on the Ninth day of April instant leave Notice in writing at the Prosecute
Lodgings in dudley Court in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
in the said
County of Middlesex
with a Woman there who said she was not the Prosecutors
wife but that she did the same for him as a Wife Purporting that he the said
Dept. did intend to try the Traverse upon the Indictment found against him in
the above Cause as this day at Hicks Hall in the County of Middlesex
